SERVICE DELIVERY
- All service contracts $1,000+ include complimentary onboarding and implementation. Solutions are deployed within 5-7 business days of contract signing. You'll receive a deployment notification email with access details. We deliver solutions via secure cloud platforms and API integrations.
- BridgeMart Solutions LLC is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party systems or client-side infrastructure issues after deployment.
- Standard service implementation is completed within 7-10 business days for domestic clients.
- If you encounter any technical issues with our solutions, please retain all system logs and contact us at dennism3498@outlook.com for support. Screenshots and error logs will expedite troubleshooting.
SERVICE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
US Service Policy
We offer prorated refunds for unused service periods. Cancellations must be requested in writing via email. At this time, we only offer service credits for future engagements OR transfer to alternative solutions.
General Restrictions:
- Custom development projects are non-refundable once requirements have been finalized and work has commenced.
- Each service agreement allows one solution transfer within the first 30 days if the initial solution doesn't meet requirements.
Please refer to our service category policy below for specific eligibility. Service categories are defined in your statement of work.
Service Category Policies
- [CONSULTING SERVICES] Strategy sessions and business analysis engagements may be canceled with 72 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
- [SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION] Once implementation has begun, services are non-refundable but may be transferred to credit for future upgrades within 6 months.
- [ONGOING SUPPORT] Monthly support contracts may be canceled with 30 days written notice. Unused portions will be credited to your account.
- [CUSTOM DEVELOPMENT] All custom development projects are final once requirements are signed off. Change requests may incur additional fees.
To cancel services or request solution transfer, all following conditions must be met:
- All cancellation/transfer requests must be submitted in writing to dennism3498@outlook.com
- The request must be made within 14 calendar days of service commencement for full credit consideration
- Any proprietary materials provided must be returned or destroyed per our data security policy
- Outstanding invoices must be settled before credit is issued

INTERNATIONAL SERVICE TERMS
International clients are responsible for any local compliance requirements, taxes, or regulatory fees associated with our solutions. We recommend consulting with local advisors before engagement. BridgeMart Solutions LLC is not responsible for local compliance issues arising from solution implementation.
For international service adjustments:
- Custom development projects are non-refundable once development has commenced
- Solution transfer requests must be submitted within 14 days of deployment
- Clients are responsible for any data transfer costs associated with service changes
- All service change requests must include a completed Service Change Authorization form
- Ensure all communications regarding service changes are documented and traceable
